Policy

Black table cloths will be provided. Outside food OK if catered in or homemade only. NO OUTSIDE BEVERAGES ALLOWED. Free beer and soda must start after dinner. Decorating - tape only on wood areas, tacks only on painted areas, NO CONFETTI. Bar closes at 12:30am. 1/2 of Club 299 rental fee must be paid when hall is reserved, the remainder of rental and all other charges must be paid the night of. A 15% gratuity will be added to alcohol beverage sales. This Deposit is 100% refundable IF canceled 90 days prior to reservation date with Danielle Bixby ONLY!

Reservation policy

50% deposit required on all reservations on expected number of guests. This Deposit is 100% refundable IF you cancel 7 days prior to reservation date with Danielle ONLY! We ask for a more appropriate number three days prior to your event. You will only be charged for those that are here, with the minimum charge being your deposit. A single payment for your group is requested and we would be happy to bill you or use your credit card. A 15% gratuity will be added to Food/Beverage sales with groups of 20 or more
